🥧 Wax Melt Pie Week FAQs
Here’s everything you need to know before Pie Week begins.
When is Pie Week?
Pie Week runs from 9am Monday 2nd March to 9pm Sunday 8th March.
What are wax melt pies?
Our wax melt pies are large tubs of scented wax, made to be broken into pieces and melted in your wax burner. They are perfect for stocking up on favourite scents and creating cosy moments at home.
Are pies made in advance?
No, all pies are poured to order, freshly made just for you.
How long will my order take?
Estimated turnaround is around one month from Monday 11th March, although this may be longer depending on order volume. We will post regular updates in our Facebook group as we pour and pack.
How do I order pies?
Choose your pie from the drop-down options on the product page. Daily Exclusives will be listed separately each morning at 9am. There is no limit on how many pies you can order.
How do I pay?
Payment is taken at checkout, just like a normal website order. We accept all usual payment methods including card and PayPal.
Can I order other products at the same time?
Poured-to-order pies must be ordered separately from ready-to-ship items. Other website orders will still dispatch in 1–2 working days.
How does shipping work?
Use the Pie Week shipping option at checkout. If your total across Pie Week is £30 or more, shipping is free. If under £30, we will invoice shipping after Pie Week ends.
Can I use discount codes or Star vouchers?
No, Pie Week pies are already reduced for the event, so discount codes and Star vouchers cannot be used. Reward points will still be earned.
Anything else to remember?
Daily Exclusives go live at 9am each morning and are available for 24 hours only.
