What is in the box?
Each box contains six of our incredible Segment Pot Wax Melts in brand new scents, exclusive to the subscription.
When will I receive my box?
Sign-up for the box runs between the 21st of the previous month to 20th of the next month.
Order between 21st - end of the month, receive the following month's box.
Order between 1st - 20th, receive this month's box.
Subscription Boxes are shipped at the end of each month.
Can I change my subscription details?
Yes, absolutely!
You can manage your subscription via your account page.
From there you can can change payment details, pause your subscription and cancel.
Are these regular products that I can purchase separately?
The wax melts in the box are made specifically for the subscription.
These products will not be available to purchase on the website.
What day are the renewal payments taken?
Your renewing payments are automatically taken on 1st of each month.
If you signed up for your subscription between 1st and 20th of the month, the second payment will be taken on 1st of the next month.
If you signed up for your subscription between 21st and 1st of the month, your second payment will be taking on 1st of the following month (a minimum of 28 days later).

I genuinely cannot recommend the Scents & Scentsibility monthly subscription box enough. At £19.95 a month, it is hands down the best treat I give myself – and this February’s wax melt only box has completely blown me away.
This is the first month they’ve moved to a wax-only format (previous boxes included bath & body too), and honestly? What a way to start the new chapter! The quality is, as always, flawless. The throw on their wax melts is incredible – strong, long-lasting, and beautifully balanced.

Its lovely receiving my monthly box. Everything has been super. I just love the smells.
Such good value for money, this was my first box and it was full of goodies! The box had a wax melt clam selection (all of them smelt amazing), toilet fizz powder, a caramel lip balm and a sugar scrub 🥰 can’t wait for next month's!
