£13.50 per month rolling subscription. You can cancel at any time after the first month. Your subscription will automatically renew on the date on which you sign up. The cut-off date for the monthly box is the 20th of each month. If you subscribe before the 20th you'll receive the current month's box, if you subscribe afterwards then you'll receive the following months box. Products are automatically delivered at the end of every month. No obligation, modify or cancel your subscription anytime, by emailing us.

Local customers within Saltash can choose to have their items delivered or visit and collect. Simply let us know!

You can switch between our current membership plans in the your account section on the website.

We aim to ship all direct orders within 7 working days. You will receive a dispatch email as soon as your order leaves us. 

We use Royal Mail Signed For services, as well various tracked courier services, including DPD, Hermes and DHL. We choose the best service to suit each parcel and it's destination. 

We do not automatically send tracking numbers, however, should you require the tracking details for your order, please message us directly. 

If you choose a Drop Box option, you will not receive dispatch emails until you have closed your Drop Box, via the check out option. If you are unsure as to which option to choose, please message us directly to check first. 

If you are waiting on a custom order, you will be informed of an approximate turnaround time at the time of purchasing. We do not start making orders until they are fully paid. 

Gift Vouchers are emailed directly, within 24 hours of purchase

Right to cancel

In the first instance that you are not 100% happy with your order, we urge you to contact us immediately.

Damaged Items:

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Where the return is due to defects or damage, an incomplete package or incorrect delivery, we will either replace or refund both the price you paid for your goods, as well as the postage incurred for the return. Should you wish to return your goods, you have 7 days from the day of delivery to inform us and a further 7 days to do so.

Should you wish to cancel for any other reason than mentioned above, you must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost. We recommend that you send any returns via recorded mail, as we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in transit. 

To be eligible for a non-defect return, please make sure that:

The product was purchased in the last 30 daysThe product is in its original packagingThe product isn’t used or damaged.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. Where goods are deemed handled more than necessary, resulting in diminished quality, we reserve the right to make an appropriate deduction.

We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense. Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.

You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of of goods made to your specifications (e.g. bespoke blends) or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Drop Box cancellations will be subject to restocking fee of 20% of the value of the order, plus a £5 administration fee. 

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Scents & Scentsibility Ltd.

Sale Items:

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
