(Citric Acid, Lathanol) Danger: Causes serious eye damage. May cause respiratory irritation. Avoid breathing vapour or dust. Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area. Wear protective gloves/eye protection/face protection. IF INHALED: Remove victim to fresh air and keep at rest in a position comfortable for breathing. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Immediately call a POISON CENTER or doctor/physician. Dispose of contents/container to approved disposal site, in accordance with local regulations. Contains dl-Citronellol.

Usage Instructions

Sink Freshening
Sprinkle 1–2 tablespoons into the plughole, add a small amount of warm water to activate, allow to fizz for a few minutes, then rinse through with warm water.

Toilet Cleaning
Sprinkle 2–3 tablespoons directly into the toilet bowl, allow to fizz and work for 5–10 minutes, then brush and flush. For heavier odours, leave for a little longer before brushing.

Mop Bucket Freshener
Add 1–2 tablespoons to a bucket of warm mop water, allow to fizz, then mop as normal. Helps freshen floors and remove lingering odours.

General Tips
Store in a cool, dry place and keep sealed between uses.
Avoid direct contact with moisture in the bag or container.
Not suitable for use on delicate natural stone surfaces.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Get a FREE 1oz wax melt with every warmer. 

We will randomly choose a fragrance for you, but you can leave a note a check-out to tell us the type of scents you like (e.g. fruity, sweet, perfume, aftershave, mystical, bakery etc.)

We aim to ship all direct orders either on the same or next working day. 

We use Royal Mail Tracked for all our shipments. 

Tracking numbers are fulfilled by the carrier and are automatically updated. 

If you are waiting on a custom order, you will be informed of an approximate turnaround time at the time of purchasing. We do not start making orders until they are fully paid. 

Gift Vouchers are emailed directly, within 24 hours of purchase.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to the United States and Canada up to 5kg. 

Orders up to 2kg will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked International at a flat rate of £25

Orders over 2kg and up to 5kg will be sent via a courier at a flat rate of £35

International customers are also able to use a UK-based Freight Forwarder and take advantage of our UK shipping options. 

Right to cancel

In the first instance that you are not 100% happy with your order, we urge you to contact us immediately.

Damaged Items:

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Where the return is due to defects or damage, an incomplete package or incorrect delivery, we will either replace or refund/credit both the price you paid for your goods, as well as the postage incurred for the return. Should you wish to return your goods, you have 14 days from the day of delivery to inform us and a further 14 days to do so.

In most cases, we will arrange a return via Royal Mail collection. If you prefer to return this using your own method, the address is:

Should you wish to cancel for any other reason than mentioned above, you must send the goods back to us to our contact address. We recommend that you send any returns via tracked mail, as we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in transit. 

To be eligible for a non-defect return, please make sure that:

The product was purchased in the last 30 days

The product is in its original packaging

The product isn’t opened, used or damaged.

Please note, we cannot accept returns for cosmetic products which have been opened. Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Upon return of the items, you will be credited for the cost of the item and shipping. 

If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. Where goods are deemed handled more than necessary, resulting in diminished quality, we reserve the right to make an appropriate deduction.

We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense. Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded in the form of a gift voucher to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.

You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of of goods made to your specifications (e.g. bespoke blends) or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Scents & Scentsibility Ltd.

Sale Items:

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
