Our monthly Society Box is a must-have for anyone who loves a variety of wax melt fragrances with the easy option of having them directly delivered through the letterbox.
Every month, we release a themed Wax Melt Selection Box with eight stunning wax melt fragrances, delivered in a handy letterbox, right through your door.
Not only that, The Society Box includes our Monthly Digital Pass which has following benefits:

To sign up for the box, purchase between the 21st and 20th of the following month and your box will be shipped towards the end of that month. For example, sign up between 21st July - 20th August and receive your box at the end of August. Your benefits will start straight away.
You can either purchase a single Society box, with a month's benefits for £17.95 or subscribe and save for just £15 per month.
You can manage your subscription through your account and swap or cancel at any time!
If you are purchasing as a gift, we will need their email to add to the system if they wish to use the benefits.

*£15 per month rolling subscription. You can cancel at any time after the first month. Your subscription will automatically renew on the date on which you sign up. The cut-off date for the monthly box is the 20th of each month. If you subscribe before the 20th you'll receive the current month's box, if you subscribe afterwards then you'll receive the following month's box. If you need to change your payment date, you can do this via your account or email info@scentsandscentsibilityltd.co.uk
*Single transaction over £30, after any discounts have been applied.
*Star vouchers do not work with free shipping. If you use stars on a transaction and the total is over £30 after these are taken off, email us and we will refund any qualifying shipping.

Shipping
Shipping
We aim to ship all direct orders either on the same or next working day.
We use Royal Mail Tracked for all our shipments.
Tracking numbers are fulfilled by the carrier and are automatically updated.
If you are waiting on a custom order, you will be informed of an approximate turnaround time at the time of purchasing. We do not start making orders until they are fully paid.
Gift Vouchers are emailed directly, within 24 hours of purchase.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to the United States and Canada up to 5kg.
Orders up to 2kg will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked International at a flat rate of £25
Orders over 2kg and up to 5kg will be sent via a courier at a flat rate of £35
International customers are also able to use a UK-based Freight Forwarder and take advantage of our UK shipping options.

Right to cancel
In the first instance that you are not 100% happy with your order, we urge you to contact us immediately.
Damaged Items:
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Where the return is due to defects or damage, an incomplete package or incorrect delivery, we will either replace or refund both the price you paid for your goods, as well as the postage incurred for the return. Should you wish to return your goods, you have 7 days from the day of delivery to inform us and a further 7 days to do so.
Should you wish to cancel for any other reason than mentioned above, you must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost. We recommend that you send any returns via recorded mail, as we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in transit.
To be eligible for a non-defect return, please make sure that:
The product was purchased in the last 30 days, the product is in its original packaging and the product isn’t used or damaged.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. Where goods are deemed handled more than necessary, resulting in diminished quality, we reserve the right to make an appropriate deduction.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense. Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.
You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of of goods made to your specifications (e.g. bespoke blends) or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Drop Box cancellations will be subject to restocking fee of 20% of the value of the order, plus a £5 administration fee.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Scents & Scentsibility Ltd.
Sale Items:
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
