How to use Scents & Scentsibility Wax Melts
Our wax melts work well in all types of wax warmer and are so simple to use.
All you need to do is either slice, scoop or break a small piece of your melt and place it in the dish of your wax warmer.
Light your tea light or switch on your warmer. You can keep replacing tea lights or use in your electric warmer until you can no longer smell the fragrance or fancy a change of scent.
To change your wax melt, we recommend that after it has set, light your tea light or switch on your warmer. Allow around 30 seconds for the melt to loosen and the used wax out. You can then give it a quick wipe with tissue or cotton wool and start again. Alternatively, you can use cotton wool to soak up your liquid melt, but do take care as it does get hot!
Stay Safe!
Be careful not to overfill the dish. Adding more wax does not necessarily mean you get a stronger scent throw; experiment with different amounts to suit you. Every scent and type of wax is different, as is your warmer and the space where you’re melting it. We find with electric warmers, less is more!
Always make sure your warmer is on a heat-proof surface. Some people use placemats or candle plates. It is your responsibility to make sure you furniture (and home) is protected.
Keep all wax melts and warmers out of reach of children and pets.
Never leave a tea light unattended.

We use Royal Mail Tracked for all our shipments.
Tracking numbers are fulfilled by the carrier and are automatically updated.
If you are waiting on a custom order, you will be informed of an approximate turnaround time at the time of purchasing. We do not start making orders until they are fully paid.
Gift Vouchers are emailed directly, within 24 hours of purchase.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to the United States and Canada up to 5kg.
Orders up to 2kg will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked International at a flat rate of £25
Orders over 2kg and up to 5kg will be sent via a courier at a flat rate of £35
International customers are also able to use a UK-based Freight Forwarder and take advantage of our UK shipping options.

Right to cancel
In the first instance that you are not 100% happy with your order, we urge you to contact us immediately.
Damaged Items:
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Where the return is due to defects or damage, an incomplete package or incorrect delivery, we will either replace or refund both the price you paid for your goods, as well as the postage incurred for the return. Should you wish to return your goods, you have 7 days from the day of delivery to inform us and a further 7 days to do so.
Should you wish to cancel for any other reason than mentioned above, you must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost. We recommend that you send any returns via recorded mail, as we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in transit.
To be eligible for a non-defect return, please make sure that:
The product was purchased in the last 30 days, the product is in its original packaging and the product isn’t used or damaged.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. Where goods are deemed handled more than necessary, resulting in diminished quality, we reserve the right to make an appropriate deduction.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense. Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.
You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of of goods made to your specifications (e.g. bespoke blends) or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Drop Box cancellations will be subject to restocking fee of 20% of the value of the order, plus a £5 administration fee.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Scents & Scentsibility Ltd.
Sale Items:
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
